Perimeter Streets. 1. Public Street and roadway dedications shall be made by the Developer in accordance with the approved final plat. This dedication shall also include the conveyance of temporary construction, utility, drainage, and slope easements, as required by the City Engineer.
Perimeter Streets. The Owner shall dedicate at its sole expense or cause to be dedicated by each Developer of a phase within the Territory, to the Village, at the request of the Village or concurrent with recording of the final plat of subdivision for any phase adjacent to each roadway being dedicated, all necessary rights-of-way as provided for herein as depicted on the Final Plats of Subdivision (“Final Plats”) prepared by Mackie Consultants, LLC, dated October 1, 2021, last revised February 4, 2022 attached hereto as EXHIBIT K.
