Common use of Period of validity Clause in Contracts

This framework contract shall take effect from 1 July 2022, or on the date it is signed by the last contracting party should this be after 1 July 2022, and shall expire on 30 June 2023. On expiry of the contract its provisions shall continue to apply to order forms which have already been issued and to the relevant assignments not yet completed.
