PACKAGING AND MARKING. The packaging and marking requirements for this HCA shall be governed by Clause 2, Shipping Instructions-Consignment, of the Government of the District of Columbia’s Standard Contract Provisions for use with Supplies and Services Contracts, dated July 2010.
PACKAGING AND MARKING. 6.1. Replacement brake lining assemblies or replacement drum brake linings conforming to a type approved in accordance with this Regulation shall be marketed in axle sets. 6.2. Each axle set shall be contained in a sealed package constructed to show previous opening. 6.3. Each package shall display the following information: 6.3.1. the quantity of replacement brake lining assemblies or replacement drum brake linings in the package; 6.3.2. manufacturer's name or trade xxxx; 6.3.3. make and type of replacement brake lining assemblies or replacement drum brake linings; 6.3.4. the vehicles/axles/brakes for which the contents are approved; 6.3.5. the approval xxxx. 6.4. Each package shall contain fitting instructions in an official ECE language, supplemented by the corresponding text in the language of the country where it is sold: 6.4.1. with particular reference to auxiliary parts; 6.4.2. stating that replacement brake lining assemblies or replacement drum brake linings should be replaced in axle sets; 6.4.3. with, in the case of replacement drum brake linings, a general statement calling attention to the following points: the integrity of the shoe platform, abutment and pivot; freedom of the shoe from distortion, deformation and corrosion; the type and size of rivet to be used; the required riveting tools and forces. 6.4.4. with, additionally, in the case of combined braking systems in the meaning of paragraph 2.9. of Regulation No. 78 giving the approved brake lining assembly combination(s). 6.5. Each replacement brake lining assembly or replacement drum brake lining shall display permanently one set of approval data: 6.5.1. the approval xxxx; 6.5.2. the date of manufacture, at least month and year, or batch number, 6.5.3. make and type of brake lining.
PACKAGING AND MARKING. PACKAGING AND MARKING Packaging and marking of all deliverables must conform to normal commercial packing standards to assure safe delivery at destination. Clauses and other requirements regarding packaging and marking shall be designated by the OCO at the task order level.
PACKAGING AND MARKING. Each packing unit must be marked for identification purposes with an item tag and a release note. Whenever possible, all individual items must be unambiguously marked in order to ensure traceability as far back as the raw material. The marking of the packing unit must contain at least the following information: - Article description - Customer article number - Quantity - Inspection status - Production batch - Date of manufacture and filling - Dispatcher In the case of auxiliary materials (lacquers, primers, adhesives, activators, etc.), a "best before date" and recommended storage temperature must be marked on every packing unit. Unless otherwise agreed, products which can only be stored for a limited period of time (e.g. adhesive die-cut components, lacquers, primers, adhesives, etc.) must indicate a minimum storage date of 12 months starting with the date on which they are received by the Customer. The Supplier must prove by means of a suitable medium that the product has not fallen below the valid minimum temperature during the storage and delivery process. Goods which have a shorter processing period will be rejected and/or reclaimed unless there is an explicit written agreement between the Customer's scheduling department and the Supplier.
PACKAGING AND MARKING. Seller’s pricing for Goods includes packaging and marking in accordance with Seller’s standard practices. Any specific or special packaging or marking requested by Buyer and accepted by Seller may be billed as an additional charge to Buyer.

PACKAGING AND MARKING. (a) The Vendor is responsible, at its cost, for packing the Goods. (b) The Vendor must pack and protect all Goods ready for dispatch in accordance with best industry practices and all applicable Laws and safety requirements, having regard to: (i) the methods of carriage and handling; (ii) the weather conditions through which the Goods will pass during the normal course of long distance transport; (iii) the fact that the Goods may be stored in a sub-tropical climate; and (iv) the need to facilitate inspections and repacking for on- forwarding. (c) Failure to comply with this clause 4 entitles Newcrest to reject the Goods and return them to the Vendor, at the Vendor’s expense. (d) All Goods, delivery notes and other relevant documents must be clearly marked with: (i) the relevant Purchase Order number; (ii) the material number (where applicable); and (iii) the Delivery Point specified in the Purchase Order.

Supplier will package the Products for shipment in accordance with standard commercial practices acceptable to common carriers at the lowest shipping rate available. Supplier’s shipping containers must display: (a) the date of shipment; (b) Seagate’s order number; (c) the Product part number; (d) the Product revision level and lot number; and (e) the quantity in the container.
