Common use of Period Clause in Contracts

Period. 4.1. The period of this Framework Agreement is from and including 1 August 2019 (the “Commencement Date”) to and including 31 July 2023 unless it is terminated earlier under Clause 4.2. 4.2. The period of Call-off Contracts is addressed in the Standard Terms of Supply. The period of a Call-off Contract may continue notwithstanding that the Framework Agreement has expired or terminated.

The period of this Framework Agreement is from and including 1 August 13 April 2019 (the “Commencement Date”) to and including 31 July 2023 12 April 2023, unless it is terminated earlier under Clause 4.2earlier. 4.2. The period of Call-off Contracts is addressed in the Standard Terms of Supply. The period of a Call-off Contract may continue notwithstanding that the Framework Agreement has expired or terminated.
