Your User Account. You may only access the Service through your own end user account using your registered email address and your preferred second factor authentication method (mobile phone or authenticator app). You must not use any other person’s account to access the Service, nor allow any other person to use your account. You are responsible and liable for any abuse of your account by you or someone else (whether or not authorized by you). You are required to take all the necessary steps to prevent any access to your account by someone else, such as but not limited to protecting and keeping safe your registered email address and preferred second factor authentication method, using the Service correctly and ensuring that protection measures (e.g. anti-virus software, firewalls, etc.) are in place. In case you become aware of your registered email address and preferred second factor authentication method having been compromised in any way, you will alert us immediately so that we can take measures, such as blocking the account to prevent damage being done or adverse effects arising.

Your User Account. 5.1. If You wish to participate in the Services You are required to deposit money into Your User Account. By accepting these Terms and Conditions You warrant that You are the rightful owner of the money which You at any time deposit in Your User Account. Details of how to deposit funds can be found in the FAQ section of the Website. 5.2. If You use a payment option in respect of which You are not the account holder, we reserve the right to treat any deposit into Your User Account as being invalid (and any Winnings arising from such deposit as void) pending the satisfactory completion of all relevant ID Checks. 5.3. By depositing funds into Your User Account, You direct us, and We agree to hold them, along with any Winnings, for the sole and specific purpose of using them: 5.3.1. to participate in the Gaming Products and Services; 5.3.2. to settle any fees or charges that You might incur in connection with Your participation in the Gaming Products and Services. We shall be entitled to suspend or close Your User Account if we reasonably consider, or have reason to believe, that You are depositing funds without any intention to participate in the Gaming Products and Services. In such circumstances, we may also report this to the relevant authorities. 5.4. In accordance with the requirements of the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission’s regulations on the protection of customer funds, we are obliged to inform You about what happens to funds we hold on account for You, and the extent to which such funds are protected in the event of our insolvency. We hold all customer funds or funds deposited by You to Your User Account wholly separate from other Company funds in a legally designated client account. This means that the monies in Your User Account are protected in the event of insolvency, and can be repatriated to You. 5.5. We do not offer credit. Any participation in the Gaming Products and Services must be supported by sufficient funds in Your User Account. We reserve the right to void participation in the Gaming Products and Services which may have inadvertently been accepted when Your User Account does not have sufficient funds to support such participation. 5.6. If we incur any charge-backs, reversals or other charges in respect of Your User Account, we reserve the right to charge You for the relevant amounts incurred. Your User Account. When you first sign up for the Product, a user profile is created for you with data that you input or we collect. This user profile is your property and not that of your company (the Customer). By signing up for the Product you are expressly agreeing to us processing your data. Your user profile stays with you as an individual until you decide to terminate this agreement in accordance with the below. Should your employment with your current company terminate, your user profile will automatically go dormant until you are then onboarded with another customer, or as otherwise communicated by Us to you (for example: if we build a public user-facing product). You may notify us to delete your active or dormant user profile at any time. You also have the option to deactivate your account at any time by sending us an email at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. When you deactivate your account, your Data will not be accessible by any of our Customers (except to the extent that you have previously shared such Data with any Customer and/or such Data has been combined with similar Data from other individuals such that it cannot identify you) and you will not be able to receive contact from any of our Customers via the Product. Data Protection. Any and all personal data you input into the Product is subject to our Privacy Policy. With regards to this data, we act as a Processor for the duration of the Term of the underlying Customer agreement, thereafter, we act as the sole Data Controller of this data. We will continue to utilize this data for our own internal purposes (including development, artificial intelligence learning, benchmarking, and marketing, and for creating analyses provided that such data cannot be identifiable to you and any individual) unless or until you specifically request otherwise. Your User Account. 1.1 When you register on the Website you will be allocated a personal account on the Portal, which you can access by entering your username and password (“User Account”). 1.2 The User Account is for a single User only. COAM will not permit you to share your username and password with any other person nor with multiple Users on a network. Responsibility for the security and confidentiality of any passwords issued rests with you. COAM will not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by you due to the disclosure of any User Account passwords. 1.3 All User Accounts must be registered with your own name and a valid email address that you access regularly so that moderation emails can be sent to you. User Accounts registered with someone else's email address, or with temporary email addresses, may be closed without notice. COAM may require Users to revalidate their User Account if COAM believes they have been using an invalid email address. 1.4 You will be responsible and liable for all activities occurring under your User Account. If you suspect that a third party has gained unauthorised access to access data, you must inform COAM immediately by sending an e-mail to xxxxx@xxxx.xx or such other e-mail address as may be notified to you from time to time.
Your User Account. You have been provided with a user account that you may use to login to the Microsoft Windows desktop computers that have been installed at your workplace. At the same time an email address has been created for your use when conducting GES business. With the privilege of having these accounts comes responsibility for their proper use. Your User Account. 5.1 You must create a User Account in order to access or use the Service. 5.2 Only one User Account is permitted per person. In the event You open or try to open more than one User Account, all User Accounts You have opened or try to open may then be terminated or suspended and any Prizes or Virtual Coins balances may be voided. 5.3 If You lose access to Your User Account, You must not register a new User Account. Rather, You must contact customer support via this form to have Your Account status updated. 5.4 You are required to keep Your personal details up to date. If You change Your address, email, phone number or any other contact details or personal information, please contact customer support. The name that You provide to us at registration must match any identification You provide for Your User Account verification. 5.5 During the registration process, You will be required to select a password unless (i) You login to Your User Account using the Facebook® login facility in which case Your Facebook® password will apply or (ii) You login to Your User Account using the Google® login facility in which case Your Google® password will apply. 5.6 You confirm that You will not share Your User Account or password with any other person or let anyone else access or use Your User Account without our written permission. You will not access or use a User Account which has been rented, leased, sold, traded, or otherwise transferred from the Account creator without our written permission. 5.7 If You become aware, or have reasons to suspect, that the security of Your User Account may have been compromised, including loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of Your password and User Account details, You must notify us immediately. 5.8 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your User Account and accept responsibility for all uses of the User Account, including any purchases (whether or not authorized by You). 5.9 User Account registrations may be limited to one Account registration per person or per IP address at our sole discretion.

  • User Accounts End User shall ensure that only Authorized Users can access the Services. User accounts may not be shared among individuals or used to provide access to the Services to individuals who are not the individual associated with the corresponding user account.

  • Customer Accounts The Bank agrees to establish and maintain the following accounts (“Accounts”): (a) A custody account in the name of the Customer (“Custody Account”) for any and all stocks, shares, bonds, debentures, notes, mortgages or other obligations for the payment of money, bullion, coin and any certificates, receipts, warrants or other instruments representing rights to receive, purchase or subscribe for the same or evidencing or representing any other rights or interests therein and other similar property whether certificated or uncertificated as may be received by the Bank or its Subcustodian (as defined in Section 3) for the account of the Customer (“Securities”); and (b) A deposit account in the name of the Customer (“Deposit Account”) for any and all cash in any currency received by the Bank or its Subcustodian for the account of the Customer, which cash shall not be subject to withdrawal by draft or check. The Customer warrants its authority to: 1) deposit the cash and Securities (“Assets”) received in the Accounts and 2) give Instructions (as defined in Section 11) concerning the Accounts. The Bank may deliver securities of the same class in place of those deposited in the Custody Account. Upon written agreement between the Bank and the Customer, additional Accounts may be established and separately accounted for as additional Accounts under the terms of this Agreement.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • USING YOUR ACCOUNT If you are approved for an account, the Credit Union will establish a line of credit for you. You agree that your credit limit is the maximum amount (purchases, cash advances, finance charges, plus "other charges") which you will have outstanding on your account at any time. Unless disclosed otherwise, the Credit Union will not allow advances over the credit limit. If the Credit Union has a program whereby it allows payment of advances that exceed your credit limit, subject to a fee, the Credit Union will provide you with notice, either orally, in writing, or electronically (notwithstanding the requirements of the paragraph entitled “Statements and Notices”) explaining your right to opt in to the Credit Union’s program whereby it will honor advance requests over the credit limit. In the event you opt in to such a program, you agree to the terms of such a program. You may request an increase in your credit limit only by a method acceptable to the Credit Union. The Credit Union may increase or decrease your credit limit, refuse to make an advance and/or terminate your account at any time for any reason not prohibited by law. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, we may, from time to time, issue convenience checks to you that may be drawn on your account. Convenience checks may not be used to make a payment on your account balance. If you use a convenience check, it will be posted to your account as a cash advance. We reserve the right to refuse to pay a convenience check drawn on your account for any reason and such refusal shall not constitute wrongful dishonor.

  • Closing Your Account Unless an agreement relating to a particular product or service says otherwise, you can close your Account at any time provided that you first settle any debit balance owing.

  • Health Spending Account (HSA Wellness Spending Account (WSA)/Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) utilization rates;

  • Designated Accounts The Collection Account, the Note Distribution Account and the Reserve Account, collectively. Determination Date: The tenth day of each calendar month, or if such tenth day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day. Discount Rate: 0.00% per annum.

  • Retirement System The withdrawal of employee contributions made on or after January 1, 2014 may also be withdrawn but only on an actuarially neutral basis. The actuarial present value of the pension reduction shall be equal to the amount of accumulated member contributions withdrawn. The actuarial present value shall computed using the interest rate used in the annual actuarial valuation and the mortality table used in the annual actuarial valuation with a 50% unisex blend.

  • Checking Accounts A monthly bank reconciliation shall be conducted by Subrecipient. All checks, stubs, etc. shall be pre-numbered and accounted for, including all voided checks. Check stubs, canceled checks, and deposit slips must be readily available for audit purposes.
