Your account statements. We’ll provide you an account statement every month, unless you have a monthly outstanding balance of less than $10 and no payments or transactions have been posted to the account and no interest or fees have been charged to the account, in which case we will provide you an account statement every three months. You must tell us in writing, no later than 30 days after your account statement date, of any mistakes or missing information in your account statement. If you don’t tell us, you agree that your account statement is correct, except for any amount we applied incorrectly to the account, which we may reverse at any time. If we can’t send your account statement on time for any reason, such as a mail strike, you must contact us at least once a month to get the information you need to continue making your payments as required. If your account statement is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we won’t send you any more account statements, and we may not allow you to use the account until yo give us your correct address. It’s your responsibility to give us this information.

Your account statements. Transaction and balance information provided via SNB Online will not replace the regular Account statements that you receive from us. These statements will, as applicable, reflect SNB Online transactions and state the amount of each transaction, the type of transfer, the Account charged or credited, and the name of the payee if a payment is involved. The information on your electronic or paper statement will control in all disputes concerning the activity on the Account.
Your account statements. We’ll provide you a paper or electronic Account statement every month unless no payment or transaction has been posted to the Account and no interest or fees have been charged to the Account. The statement is addressed to both the Primary and Joint Cardholder, unless both consent in writing to the statement being sent only to the Primary Cardholder. You must tell us no later than 30 days after your Account statement date, of any mistakes or missing information on your Account statement, by contacting the cardholder service (see Section 31 for contact information). If your Account statement is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we won’t send you any more Account statements, and we may not allow you to use the Account until you give us your correct address. It is your responsibility to give us this information. Registration for the online Account statement on the MyCardInfo website automatically puts an end to the mailing of the paper version of your Account statement. If the date of registration for the online Account statement is too close to the processing date of your Account statement, a statement may be sent by mail to you in addition to being accessible on MyCardInfo. There are no fees for the registration, receipt and visualization of your online Account statement. You acknowledge that your online Account statement has the same value as the paper version of the Account statement and that it constitutes a sufficient written proof procedure in any legal proceedings. You acknowledge that Collabria shall not be held liable for damages resulting from the impossibility of visualizing the online Account statement further to a malfunction, temporary failure or misuse, nor any other interruption of the electronic presentation of the online Account statement caused by actions beyond the control of Collabria, including equipment breakdown and problems related...

  • Account Statements Securities Intermediary shall send Secured Party and Pledgor written account statements with respect to the Reserve Account not less frequently than monthly. Reports or confirmation of the execution of orders and statements of account shall be conclusive if not objected to in writing within thirty (30) days after delivery.

  • Account Stated Agent shall maintain, in accordance with its customary practices, loan account(s) evidencing the Debt of Borrowers hereunder. Copies of such statement shall be provided by the Trustee to any Certificateholder and to any Person identified to the Trustee as a prospective transferee of a Certificate, upon request at the expense of the requesting party, provided such statement is delivered by the Servicer to the Trustee.

  • Maintenance of Loan Account; Statements of Account (a) The Administrative Agent shall maintain an account on its books in the name of the Borrowers (the “Loan Account”) which will reflect (i) all Loans and other advances made by the Lenders to the Borrowers or for the Borrowers’ account, (ii) all Letter of Credit Disbursements, fees and interest that have become payable as herein set forth, and (iii) any and all other monetary Obligations that have become payable. The monthly statements, absent manifest error, shall be deemed presumptively correct.

  • Closing Your Account Unless an agreement relating to a particular product or service says otherwise, you can close your Account at any time provided that you first settle any debit balance owing.

  • Access to Accounting Records All books and records of the Company shall be maintained at any office of the Company or at the Company’s principal place of business, and the Member, and its duly authorized representative, shall have access to them at such office of the Company and the right to inspect and copy them at reasonable times.
