Periodic Critical Review. The Code of Practice provides for the carrying out of Periodic Critical Reviews (PCRs) of non-commercial State bodies every five years. Sections 8.14, 8.15 and Appendix F of the Code provide details on how such reviews are to be conducted. Both parties to this Agreement will engage in a timely, constructive and comprehensive manner on the scheduling, planning and conduct of any PCR proposed for the PSA.
