Periodic Debriefing Sessions. The Contractor shall conduct periodic sessions for the State to review specific issues encountered and the manner of resolution. The Contractor shall capture the information and share it through knowledge management methods, such as frequently asked questions. This is a vital part of quality post-implementation support because it enables different physical locations to share information, facilitate learning, and build a comprehensive knowledge base. The Contractor understands that maximizing customer participation during implementation will enable a smoother hand-off and facilitates rapid customer self- sufficiency in operating the system. Based on the Contractor’s experience implementing motor vehicle solutions it recommends following a transitioned support model. This model enables Connecticut DMV to move through varying levels of support until the State becomes fully self-sufficient. A typical model of transition support includes the following six stages:

  • Debriefing If a post-award debriefing is given to requesting offerors, the Government shall disclose the following information, if applicable:

  • SUBSEQUENT PERIODIC RECRUITMENT During the term of the Contract, the State reserves the right to conduct subsequent future Periodic Recruitments. The purpose of future periodic recruitments will be to:  Add new Lots for additional and/or emerging technologies  Add new Contractors to existing and new Lots OGS will formally announce when a Periodic Recruitment Solicitation is issued. Periodic Recruitments will be issued at the discretion of the OGS. A Contractor shall be required to submit such Submission documentation as required by OGS, which may include additional applicable statutory requirements currently in effect at the time of the Periodic Recruitment.

  • Sessions Each individual session lasts 60 minutes and family sessions are 75-90 minutes. If you are late for a session, that time is lost from your session. If I am late for a session, we will extend the session if you are willing to do so or we will make other arrangements by mutual consent. MISSED APPOINTMENTS Since a time slot is reserved for you that cannot be offered to anyone else, you will be charged for all missed appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance. Please note my snow policy: I do not follow Xxxxxxxxxx County’s snow policy. Unless you hear from me in the morning, I will assume that we will be meeting. Please note, I am not a Medicare provider and therefore Medicare does not cover my services. Should you want services from me and you are a Medicare recipient, this will serve as a separate private contract so that you may pay me out of pocket. Under this circumstance, you understand that you (or your beneficiaries or legal representatives) are waiving the right to submit claims or be reimbursed by Medicare for any services I provide that would otherwise be covered by Medicare if there was no private contract and a proper claim was submitted. You have every right to obtain similar services from a provider who has not opted out of Medicare. You understand that Medigap does not pay for services not covered by Medicare. The period of this agreement will be 2 years from the time of signature. A fee of $60 per quarter hour is billed for services such as telephone calls not related to scheduling, special reports, and collateral consultation. During the course of treatment, it may become necessary to increase fees. Fees are reviewed in January and June of each year. If you become involved in legal proceedings that require my participation, you will be expected to pay for all of my professional time and expenses, including preparation costs, transportation costs, and attorney’s fees, even if I am called to testify by another party. My professional time related to these activities is $425 per hour. CONTACTING ME Due to my work schedule, I am often not immediately available by telephone. When I am unavailable, my telephone is answered by voice mail that I monitor. I will make every effort to return your call on the same day you make it, with the exception of weekends and holidays. If you are unable to reach me and feel that you can’t wait for me to return your call, contact your family physician or the nearest emergency room and ask for the psychologist or psychiatrist on call. If I will be unavailable for an extended time, I will provide you with the name of a colleague to contact, if necessary. It is very important to be aware that computers and email and cell phone communication can be relatively easily accessed by unauthorized people and hence can compromise the privacy and confidentiality of such communication. If you communicate confidential or private information via email or text, I will assume that you have made an informed decision, will view it as your agreement to take the risk that such communication may be intercepted, and will honor your desire to communicate on such matters via email or text. Please do not use email or text for emergencies. Due to computer or network problems, emails and texts may not be deliverable, and I may not check my emails or faxes frequently.

  • Periodic Reviews During January of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall review Executive's Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and additional benefits then being provided to Executive. Following each such review, the Company may in its discretion increase the Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and benefits; however, the Company shall not decrease such items during the period Executive serves as an employee of the Company. Prior to November 30th of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall communicate in writing the results of such review to Executive.

  • Unannounced Observations i) Unannounced observations may be in the form of partial or full-period classroom visitations of not less than ten minutes duration.

  • Preparatory Contract Negotiations Meetings Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee to attend preparatory contract negotiations meetings.

  • Periodic Recruitment The State reserves the right to add new Contractors during the term of the Centralized Contract via periodic recruitment. OGS will formally announce when the periodic recruitment Solicitation is issued. It is at the discretion of OGS when a future periodic recruitment shall commence.   • Periodic Review The General Counsel shall periodically review the Procurement Integrity Procedures with OSC personnel in order to ascertain potential areas of exposure to improper influence and to adopt desirable revisions for more effective avoidance of improper influences.

  • PRICING OF After Hours Coefficient What is your after hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book for work performed after normal working hours? Remember that this is a ceiling price proposed. You can discount to any TIPS Member customer a lower coefficient than your proposed contract coefficient, but not higher. This is one of three pricing questions that are required for consideration for award on this solicitation. Please consider your answer carefully. An explanation of the TIPS scoring of pricing titled "Pricing Coefficient Instruction" is included in the attachments for your information. The below is an EXAMPLE of how the pricing model works (It is not intended to influence your proposed coefficient, you should propose a coefficient that you determine is reasonable for your business for the life of the contract): The most common after hours coefficient is time and a half of the RS Means Unit Price Book prices. To illustrate this coefficient, if your regular hours coefficient is .95, your after hours coefficient would be 1.45.
