Permanent Bargaining Unit Employee Return Rights. If a permanent Bargaining Unit Employee fills a temporary position, the employee will continue to be covered by the terms of this agreement. The employee may return to the prior position when the temporary position ends if the prior position is available. If the prior position is not available, that employee shall be returned to an available position, for which the individual is qualified, equal in wage.
