Permanent Contract Employees. F.3.1.1 The Miscellaneous Leave Plan shall be as set out in Appendix C. F.3.1.2 A Permanent Contract Employee absent from his/her duties because of circumstances relating to incidents of violence may apply for Miscellaneous Leave without deductions of salary or Sick Leave Credits under clause 4(e) of “Miscellaneous Leave” of Appendix C.
