Permanent Disabling Injuries. The disablement which has lasted for at least 12 months which in the opinion of a Qualified Medical Practitioner is beyond the hope of recovery. The Insurer will pay a percentage of the amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits. The percentage payable will be relative to the degree of disablement based on the scale of injuries which prescribes the maximum percentage payable. The scales are shown below and the scale that applies is shown in the Schedule of Benefits. 1. Loss of one or more limbs 100% 2. Loss of sight in one or both eyes 100% 3. Loss of speech 100%
