Permanent or Indefinite Layoff. If, in the judgment of the Employer, budgetary or operational considerations require a permanent curtailment of operations or permanent layoff of Regular full-time or part-time Regular Nurses covered by this Agreement, the layoffs will be accomplished in accordance with this subsection.
