Permits and. Regulations Consultant will give all notices and secure, pay for and maintain all permits, licenses and inspections required or necessary for proper performance of this Agreement. The Consultant will also comply with all federal, state and local codes, federal, state and local tax laws, social security acts, the National Science Foundation terms and conditions as it applies to this contract and unemployment compensation acts and workmen's compensation acts as may relate to the performance of this Agreement. The Consultant will comply with safety measures initiated by TMI and required by applicable laws, regulations and orders of public authorities, including but not limited to requirements under OSHA.
