Exploration Work definition

Exploration Work has the meaning set out in Article 4.1.
Exploration Work means any work carried out in connection with exploration for petroleum;

More Definitions of Exploration Work

Exploration Work means the all activities directed toward ascertaining the existence, location, quantity, quality or commercial value of deposits of minerals on the Property.
Exploration Work means any prospecting or exploration work carried out with respect to minerals located on or in the Property, including ground and airborne geophysical and radiometric work, geochemical surveys, diamond and percussion drilling, bulldozing, trenching, evaluation of work done and all other work commonly regarded as prospecting or exploration work in accordance with good Canadian mining practice including evaluation studies;
Exploration Work means all activities directed toward ascertaining the existence, location, quantity, quality, or commercial value of deposits of uranium, including any prefeasibility and/or feasibility studies and drilling required after discovery of potentially commercial mineralization, and all related environmental compliance.
Exploration Work means the cost of work which is directly related to efforts to explore and evaluate the Property including, without limitation, all costs of mapping, sampling, assaying, geophysical work, metallurgical testing, feasibility studies, geochemical analysis, road building, trenching, drilling and drill site preparation, mining claim maintenance fees, taxes and all other project expenditures.
Exploration Work. Program shall mean the exploration work program defined in Article 5.1., 5.2, 5.4 and 5.10.
Exploration Work means all prospecting, surveying, geological, geophysical and geochemical surveys, drilling, trenching, underground development for exploration purposes, sampling, assaying, the acquisition of any property or property right that becomes part of the Property and all other work commonly regarded by normal mining industry standards as exploration work.
