Permitted Disciplinary Action. Any one or combination of the following disciplinary actions may be taken against any employee for offenses stated in this section or for any other just cause: Oral admonishment Directive Memorandum Corrective Memorandum Written reprimand Suspension Reduction in salary Demotion Dismissal F. Oral Admonishment. Oral admonishments should be given in private. The supervisor shall include in the admonishment a review of appropriate departmental standards and policies, employee performance expected in the future and the likely consequences of failure to correct performance or behavior.

The demand for arbitration must be filed within fourteen calendar days of receiving the response from the Town Board or when the response should have been received. The fees of the arbitrator shall be shared equally by the Town and the Union. The conduct of the arbitration shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction and control of the arbitrator which shall conform to applicable law. All decisions rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon all parties.
