PERMITTED OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES. Executive may serve as a director or trustee of other organizations or engage in charitable, civic and/or governmental activities, provided that such service and activities do not prevent Executive from performing the duties required of Executive under this Agreement, as determined in the judgment of the Company, and further provided that Executive obtains written consent for all such activities from the Company, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld. Executive also may engage in personal activities, including, without limitation, personal investments, provided that such activities do not, in the judgment of the Company, impair or interfere with Executive's ability to perform the duties required of Executive under this Agreement.
PERMITTED OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the prohibitions of Section 5(a) shall not be deemed to prevent Executive from engaging in (i) activities listed in Schedule A of this Agreement, (ii) passive personal investments, charitable or public service activities or other business activities expressly approved by the Board and (iii) acquisitions or ownership of passive equity interests in businesses engaged in the Business in the Area of Interest, provided any equity acquired or owned is publicly traded, is not more than one percent (1%) of the economic interest of such business and does not grant Executive any material rights of control.
PERMITTED OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES. During the Employment Period the Employee will not carry on or engage in, directly or indirectly, any work or business which in the opinion of the Board is not in the Employer’s best interests or detracts from the proper discharge of the Employee’s obligations under this agreement. For greater certainty, the Employee may hold outside directorships with businesses that are not in competition with the Employer or its affiliates so long as the Employee has not been advised by the Board that in its opinion holding a particular directorship is contrary to the Employee’s obligations under this subsection 2.2.
PERMITTED OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES. The Company shall have no other permitted activities outside that declared in Section 2.3.

PERMITTED OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES. Executive may engage in providing business advisory services and board directorships with outside parties on a limited basis subject to paragraph 2) c) below.
PERMITTED OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES. JENCOM and WWWX acknowledge that (a) the business of the Company may involve business dealings with other businesses in which JENCOM, WWWX or their affiliates have an interest, (b) JENCOM and WWWX and their affiliates may maintain such other interests and activities, and (c) the Company, JENCOM and WWWX each waives any rights it might otherwise have to share or participate in such other interests or activities of JENCOM and WWWX or their affiliates.
PERMITTED OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES. The Company agrees that, during my employment, I may engage in outside services and activities (the “Permitted Outside Activities”): • Member of Board of Directors of Dermata Therapeutics, and other private or public company board positions that do not interfere or conflict with the performance of my duties and obligations to the Company. • Completing the shut down process of Neurana Pharmaceuticals, Inc. As a condition to the Company’s consent to my participation in such outside activities during my employment with the Company, I hereby represent, warrant and agree that:

SR Group and GRD acknowledge that (a) the business of the Company may involve business dealings with other businesses in which SR Group and GRD or their affiliates have an interest, (b) SR Group and GRD and their affiliates may maintain such other interests and activities, and (c) the Company, SR Group and GRD each waives any rights it might otherwise have to share or participate in such other interests or activities of SR Group and GRD or their affiliates.
