Common use of Perpetual License Clause in Contracts

Perpetual License. If you have purchased a perpetual license, you will receive a token key for activating the purchased tokens in Navicat Monitor. In the Perpetual Plan section, paste your token key into the ENTER TOKEN KEY NUMBER text box and click the Activate button. Navicat Monitor contacts our licensing server to activate the token key. If the activation process is successful, the token key details are displayed. Offline Activation Offline activation is available when your computer does not have an internet connection. You will need another computer with an internet connection to complete this activation process.
