Common use of Personal Injuries Clause in Contracts

Personal Injuries. Employees injured while at work will not be required to make accident reports before given medical attention. Medical attention will be given as quickly as possible. Employees will make accident report as early as practicable and will not be required to sign release pending settlement of the case. Claims for personal injuries may be handled with the Personal Injury Claim Department.
