Common use of Personal Security Clause in Contracts

Personal Security. 35.1: In an attempt to prevent vandalism to personal vehicles of employees, the City agrees to maintain the lighting of the employee parking lot adjacent to the Police Headquarters Building for the purpose of deterring vandalism. 35.2: If a personal vehicle is damaged while parked in the Police Department parking lot, any damage claims caused by golf balls from the Orangebrook Driving Range or from falling tree limbs in the Police Parking lot will be submitted to the City's Risk Management Division for investigation. If the Risk Manager agrees that the City should accept the claim(s), the City will pay up to $250.00 towards the deductible of the employee's insurance policy.
