Personal Vehicle Usage. A. An employee who is authorized in compliance with County policy to operate their personal vehicle for County business, and who is requested and voluntarily agrees to use his/her personal vehicle if available for authorized County business, shall be reimbursed at the established County rate per mile or applicable state rate, whichever is greater, and in accordance with County policy for use of said personal vehicle.
