Personnel Actions. Wages, working conditions, and Employee benefits shall be established and administered, and personnel action of any type shall be taken without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. 1. The Design-Builder shall conduct periodic inspections of the Project sites to ensure that working conditions and Employee facilities do not indicate discriminatory treatment of personnel. 2. The Design-Builder shall periodically evaluate the spread of wages paid within each classification to determine whether there is evidence of discriminatory wage practices.
