Common use of Personnel Commission Clause in Contracts

Personnel Commission. Nothing contained in Section 15.00, Grievances, shall abridge any rights to which an employee may be entitled under the City Charter. Any employee may, as an alternative to steps 4 and 5 of the Grievance Procedure recited in Section 15.03, request that the grievance, including appeals to disciplinary action, be heard by the Personnel Commission.
