Personnel Criteria. Supplier will not assign any person to perform work under the PO or Order unless he or she: (a) is qualified to perform all of the essential functions of the assigned duties for the provision of Products and/or Services under the PO or Order (subject to any duty to accommodate under applicable Laws); (b) is legally entitled to work in the country in which he or she is employed; and (c) has either worked for Supplier for at least one year prior to assignment or meets Supplier’s standard criminal background check requirements (subject to restrictions imposed by applicable Laws). Supplier will cooperate with Kraft Heinz’s reasonable efforts to assess Supplier’s compliance with this provision and, upon request by Xxxxx Xxxxx, Supplier will certify its compliance with the foregoing.

Personnel Criteria. Affiliates of BES shall, in the selection of all personnel providing Covered Services, verify each individual’s (i) current license or certification, as appropriate; (ii) professional work experience; (iii) educational qualifications; and (iv) previous work references and personal character references. BES represents that BES currently possesses, and shall maintain during the term of this Agreement, all necessary licenses or permits required by Applicable Law. Affiliates of BES shall provide evidence of the affiliates of BES and its personnel’s credentials upon the request of the District. Affiliates of BES shall ensure that all personnel have received adequate instruction and training to properly provide Covered Services. Affiliates of BES shall ensure that the physical condition of all personnel is such that they do not pose any threat of harm to Members.

  • General Criteria (a) If general criteria are required as part of the Application, only one (1) set shall be completed. General criteria measure the quality of the Land Manager’s overall OHV program. The Applicants shall answer these questions with respect to the entirety of the OHV operation, including all trails and areas available for OHV Recreation, not just specific Projects or Project Areas. (b) General criteria include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) OHV Opportunity and services provided, (2) Agency contribution to the overall cost of managing and delivering the OHV Opportunity, (3) Management of natural and Cultural Resources, (4) Effective education of rules/regulations, and (5) Past performance in completing and administering Xxxxx funded Projects. A list of the certified MWBEs appearing in the Empire State Development (“ESD”) MWBE directory that were solicited for this Contract. Provide proof of dates or copies of the solicitations and copies of the responses made by the certified MWBEs. Describe specific reasons that responding certified MWBEs were not selected. 3. Descriptions of the Contract documents/plans/specifications made available to certified MWBEs by the Contractor when soliciting their participation and steps taken to structure the scope of work for the purpose of subcontracting with, or obtaining supplies from, certified MWBEs. 4. A description of the negotiations between the Contractor and certified MWBEs for the purposes of complying with the MWBE goals of this Contract. 5. Dates of any pre-bid, pre-award, or other meetings attended by Contractor, if any, scheduled by OGS with certified MWBEs whom OGS determined were capable of fulfilling the MWBE goals set in the Contract. 6. Other information deemed relevant to the request.

  • Project Goals The schedule, budget, physical, technical and other objectives for the Project shall be defined.
