This type of log-in method is only allowed for those individuals who are not authorized to obtain a CAC or an external digital certificate, and requires SPOT Program Management Office approval; (iii) Comply with the SPOT Business Rules located at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/log/PS/spot.html; (iv) Enter into the SPOT the required information on contractor personnel, accompanying dependents and equipment prior to departure and continue to use the SPOT to maintain accurate, up-to-date information throughout performance in Japan for all applicable contractor personnel. Changes to status of individual contractor personnel relating to their in-theater arrival date and their duty location, including closing out the deployment with their proper status (e.g., mission complete, killed, wounded) shall be annotated within the SPOT database in accordance with the timelines established in the SPOT Business Rules at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/log/PS/ctr_mgt_accountability.html; and (v) Ensure the in-theater arrival date, closeout dates, and changes of the status of individual contractor personnel relating to their in-theater arrival date and their duty location, to include closing out the performance in the operational area with their proper status, are updated in the system in accordance with the processes and timelines established in the SPOT business rules. (2) SPOT non-compliance and deficiencies will be relevant to past performance evaluations for future contract opportunities, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 42.15.
