Personnel Eligible for Employment. Contractor warrants and represents that all personnel performing services under this Contract are qualified to provide services and eligible for employment in the United States and shall remain so throughout the term of the Contract. Contractor shall provide such proof of compliance as is required by ITS.

Contractor warrants and represents that all personnel performing services under this Agreement are eligible for employment in the United States and shall remain so throughout the term of the Agreement and any extensions. Contractor is solely responsible for ensuring such eligibility and Contractor shall establish to the satisfaction of OVS that it meets or exceeds this requirement and that it and its personnel meet any other applicable laws relating to eligibility for employment in the United States. Contractor shall provide such proof of compliance as is required by OVS.
