Personnel Equipment and Services. The Authorized Service Provider represents that it has, or will secure at its own expense, all personnel required to perform the services required under this contract. All of the equipment and services required hereunder shall be provided by or performed by the Authorized Service Provider or under its direct supervision, and all personnel, including subcontractors, engaged in the work shall be fully qualified and shall be authorized under State and local law to perform such services.
