Room Setup. Each meeting room will be provided with a specified size riser with skirting, head table with draping, water service for head table or speaker’s platform, heating/cooling as required, lighting, one corded microphone (or lectern with microphone), tables, chairs, one tripod easel, and one cork/white board and one daily cleaning at no extra cost to Lessee. A change from the original setup per day as requested by Lessee shall be subject to the current Equipment and Services Price List.

Room Setup. Set up of the City Facility as necessary to accommodate the Permitted Use is the sole responsibility of the Applicant. The Applicant will not be allowed inside the City Facility prior to the start of the Rental Period. Please be sure to allow enough time to complete any desired room set up and/or decorating when booking the rental. The Applicant will be charged for any and all time used for set up. The Applicant is responsible for returning the furniture and other items inside the City Facility to their original configuration at the conclusion of the Applicant’s use.

  • Emergency Room Services This plan covers services received in a hospital emergency room when needed to stabilize or initiate treatment in an emergency. If your condition needs immediate or urgent, but non-emergency care, contact your PCP or use an urgent care center. This plan covers bandages, crutches, canes, collars, and other supplies incidental to your treatment in the emergency room as part of our allowance for the emergency room services. Additional services provided in the emergency room such as radiology or physician consultations are covered separately from emergency room services and may require additional copayments. The amount you pay is based on the type of service being rendered. Follow-up care services, such as suture removal, fracture care or wound care, received at the emergency room will require an additional emergency room copayment. Follow- up care services can be obtained from your primary care provider or a specialist. See Dental Services in Section 3 for information regarding emergency dental care services.

  • Setup Before accessing the Service, you must complete the required Service Documentation which must be accepted by Bank. The type of ACH Entries you will be allowed to originate will be only as permitted by Bank in the Service Documentation. You must also complete the required setup procedures. If you wish to access any of the Services which are available through Online Banking for Business (“OLBB”), you must also sign up for the OLBB service and complete the applicable Service Documentation and setup process and Bank must agree to provide that service to you. You are responsible for the contents of all setup instructions delivered to Bank. Bank is not responsible for detecting errors contained in any instructions or Entry Data, and Bank is entitled to rely on the information contained in your instructions. You must maintain at least one demand deposit Account with Bank to receive the Service.

  • Payment Frequency As of the Cutoff Date and as shown on the books of CNHICA: (A) Receivables having an aggregate Statistical Contract Value of approximately 63.45% of the Aggregate Statistical Contract Value had annual scheduled payments, (B) Receivables having an aggregate Statistical Contract Value of approximately 2.81% of the Aggregate Statistical Contract Value had semi-annual scheduled payments, (C) Receivables having an aggregate Statistical Contract Value of approximately 0.48% of the Aggregate Statistical Contract Value had quarterly scheduled payments, (D) Receivables having an aggregate Statistical Contract Value of approximately 23.78% of the Aggregate Statistical Contract Value had monthly scheduled payments, and (E) the remainder of the Receivables had irregularly scheduled payments.

  • System Timeout The system providing access to PHI COUNTY discloses to 11 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 12 must provide an automatic timeout, requiring re-authentication of the user session after no more than 13 twenty (20) minutes of inactivity.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by PNG under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by PNG as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by PNG for other purposes (including, but not limited to, PNG’s own use) must be purchased by PNG pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 PNG shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by PNG to comply with this Section 2.2, PNG shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of PNG Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. PNG shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from PNG’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm PNG’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 PNG shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 PNG shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to PNG Customers.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Local Health Integration Networks and Restructuring In the event of a health service integration with another service provider the Employer and the Union agree to meet. (a) The Employer shall notify affected employees and the Union as soon as a formal decision to integrate is taken. (b) The Employer and the Union shall begin discussions concerning the specifics of the integration forthwith after a decision to integrate is taken. (c) As soon as possible in the course of developing a plan for the implementation of the integration the Employer shall notify affected employees and the Union of the projected staffing needs, and their location.
