Common use of Personnel Manager Clause in Contracts

Personnel Manager. The Centre will appoint a Personnel Manager. The initial appointment of this person must be approved by the Local. Insofar as the Personnel Manager is performing his duties as Personnel Manager, he is a member of the management staff of the Centre and shall report to and take direction from the Managing Director, or his designate. The parties recognize and agree that the Managing Director has the authority and responsibility to require compliance by Musicians to the terms of this Agreement and that he may delegate such authority and responsibility to the Personnel Manager.
