Personnel Ordinance. The City agrees that the members covered by this Agreement shall continue to receive all current benefits as provided in Chapter 11 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of East Providence, Rhode Island, 1987, entitled “Personnel, Pensions and Retirement”, as amended; except as otherwise modified hereinafter.
Personnel Ordinance. 7.1: The provisions of subjects covered in this Agreement which are also covered by the City's Rules and Regulations and the City's personnel ordinance shall substitute entirely for any provisions for the same subject, and not in addition thereto.
Personnel Ordinance. All provisions of this contract that are contrary to the Personnel Ordinance shall apply to this Employee and shall take precedence over the Personnel Ordinance.
