Common use of Personnel Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Personnel Qualifications. 3.4.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for employing personnel having at least the minimum level of education and training, experience, technical expertise, and security clearance as stated under each labor category, herein referred to as LCAT, specified herein. All personnel shall have the required security clearance identified in the table in SOW/PWS Paragraph 3.2.2.3. 3.4.2 Key Personnel are those employees, subject to the quantity below, who will be performing in Key Labor Categories as specified for applicable labor categories below.
