PERSONS/POSITIONS OUTSIDE THE BARGAINING UNIT. (a) Where a Member of the Bargaining Unit successfully applies for a temporary vacant position or a term/task position outside the Bargaining Unit, the Employer shall notify the Union of the Employee’s name and the date that the Employee will commence duties in the new position.
