Petition for Annexation. The Owner has filed with Urbana a written petition signed by the Owner and all electors residing on the Property requesting annexation of the Property to Urbana and being in proper form to allow annexation of the Property pursuant to the Illinois Municipal Code, as amended.

Petition for Annexation. The applicant shall submit a petition for annexation complying with the requirements of C.R.S. § 00-00-000. The petition shall contain the following statements:
Petition for Annexation. The Developer and the Landowner irrevocably consent to the full purpose annexation of the Property into the corporate limits of the City in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and waive all objections and protests to such annexation and waive all rights to arbitration or mediation regarding the annexation. This Agreement shall serve as the voluntary petition of the Developer and Landowner for full purpose annexation of the Property in accordance with Chapter 43 of the Local Government Code.
Petition for Annexation. M/I agrees to prepare or has already prepared, at its sole cost and expense, an annexation petition, map, legal description, and other related information, as may be required by the Ohio Revised Code (“ORC”), to annex the Property to the Village (such petition and accompanying materials to be referred to herein as the “Annexation Petition”). An “Expedited Type II” annexation procedure, as provided in ORC Section 709.023, shall be utilized and pursued with respect to the Unincorporated Land. M/I agrees that it will cause (or already has caused) the owners of the Unincorporated Land (as of the Effective Date) to execute the Annexation Petition, and that it will execute or cause to be executed by the current owners of the Unincorporated Land (as the case may be) any other documents reasonably necessary to effectuate the annexation as may be required by law. The Annexation Petition shall appoint an attorney, chosen by M/I, as the petitioner’s agent (the “Agent”). M/I shall cause (or has caused) the Agent to file the Annexation Petition with the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County, Ohio (the “Commissioners”). M/I agrees that it shall be responsible for the payment of all costs and expenses in petitioning for and pursuing the approval of the annexation. The Village will use good faith efforts to support the annexation of the Unincorporated Land to the Village throughout the annexation process. M/I’s obligation to pursue the annexation of the Unincorporated Land to completion shall be conditioned upon the Village providing its continued support of the annexation.

  • Extension for Foreclosure Proceedings If (a) it is necessary for the Financing Provider to have possession of the Project (as defined in the Assigned Agreement) in order for Financing Provider to cure an Event of Default which is Capable of Being Cured, as defined in Section 3.2(b), and (b) Financing Provider commences foreclosure proceedings against Seller within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving Notice of an Event of Default from PG&E or Seller, whichever is received first, then Financing Provider shall be allowed an additional period to complete such foreclosure proceedings, such period not to exceed ninety (90) calendar days; provided, however, that Financing Provider shall provide a Notice to PG&E that it intends to commence foreclosure proceedings with respect to Seller within ten (10) calendar days of receiving a Notice of such Event of Default from PG&E or Seller, whichever is received first. In the event Financing Provider or its designated Permitted Transferee succeeds to Seller’s interest in the Project as a result of foreclosure proceedings, the Financing Provider or Permitted Transferee shall be subject to the requirements of Section 3 of this Consent and Agreement.
