Pets/Animals. Tenant shall not be allowed to have or bring, even temporarily, any animal (including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, or insects) anywhere in the Premises at any time, except by prior written consent of Broker. If Broker agrees to permit Tenant an animal ("pet"), both Tenant and Broker must sign a separate pet agreement or addendum. Tenant's bringing animals into or onto the Premises or the keeping or possession of any animal for any duration without Broker's written consent shall constitute a violation of this Lease. It is a privilege to have a pet in a rental property. Tenant shall be responsible for any and all damage done by animals to the property. Pet odor and pet stains SHALL NEVER BE CONSIDERED NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. This type of damage shall always be the Tenant's responsibility and the cost to clean, repair or seal off such damage shall be charged back to the Tenant. Pets (including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, and insects) are allowed only if we have so authorized in writing. You must remove an illegal animal within 24 hours of notice from us, or you will be considered in default of this Lease. If you or any guest or occupant violates animal restrictions (with or without your knowledge), you'll be subject to charges, damages, eviction, and other remedies provided in this Lease. If an animal has been in the apartment at any time during your term of occupancy (with or without our consent), we'll charge you for de-fleaing, deodorizing, and shampooing. Unauthorized pets found on the property shall incur an immediate $199 fee, per month, until it is confirmed that the pet has been removed. In any action brought by Broker to enforce this section, Tenant shall bear the burden of proof regarding any pet's status or removal. Should written permission be granted for occupancy of the designated Pet(s), an additional security deposit ("Pet Security Deposit") in the amount of $200 is required and paid by Tenant, in advance subject to deposit terms and conditions. Any violation of this provision, in addition to Broker's other remedies, grants Broker the right to charge and collect the sum of $199.00 per month, retroactive to the date the Tenant's first occupied the Premises. This fee is due immediately upon discovery of unauthorized Pet.
Pets/Animals. Landlord hereby grants Resident permission for the following pet(s) on the premises: Breed Weight Color Name Breed Weight Color Name Breed Weight Color Name Residents must supply pictures of the pets and agree to pay a $300 pet non-refundable pet fee plus an additional $ pet fee month rent. No other animals shall be brought on the premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord. Only pets listed above may be on the property, inside or outside. No temporary pets/animals, pet/animal sitting, or visiting pets/animals are allowed at any time. If an unauthorized animal is found on the property, there will be a $100 fine plus $25 per day, per animal, per occurrence shall occur. The landlord is not responsible to determine when the animal was brought into the home so the fees are retroactive to the start of the lease. Deceased animals or animals no longer living at the home can be removed from the lease after a minimum of one calendar year of animal rent. The landlord will do an inspection to verify the animal is no longer at the home.
Pets/Animals. No animals, birds or pets of any kind shall be brought onto the Xxxxxxxx without Owner’s approval.

Pets/Animals. Pets/animals (including those of guests) are not allowed on the premises unless landlord gives written permission. A fee of $25.00 will be assessed or each pet/animal and day it is on the premises. Tenant is responsible for any damages done by a pet/animal including but not limited to flooring/carpet damage or cleaning and “clean up” or yard repairs needed. These fees are due when incurred and if not paid within three days after notice that said fees are due and owing, Landlord has the option to deduct said fees from the Tenant’s security deposit and/or find the Tenant in default of the Non-Standard Rental Provisions and proceed according to the Breach of Lease section of the Rental Agreement.

Pets/Animals. Pets or animals of any kind, except non-dangerous fish, are prohibited in University housing. One ten- gallon tank containing fish is allowed per room. While not considered “pets,” approved service animals and Emotional Support Animals (ESA’s) are the only exceptions considered as reasonable accommodations to this policy. UNH Student Accessibility Services office works in cooperation with the Departments of Housing and Residential Life to determine whether an accommodation is necessary and reasonable. The individual making the request for accommodation should complete and provide the Request Form to Student Accessibility Services as soon as practicably possible before moving into University housing. If the request for accommodation is made fewer than 60 days before the individual intends to move into University housing, or is made after move-in, UNH cannot guarantee that an approved accommodation can be implemented during the student’s first semester or term of occupancy. Housing reserves the right to disclose to others impacted by the presence of a service animal or ESA (including potential and/or actual roommate(s)/neighbor(s)/UNH staff) that the animal has been approved as an accommodation. Student must keep approved animal in control when not in room by cage or leash. Pet waste must be removed from grounds and properly disposed of.
