Phase II - Design Development. 2.3.1 Only after receiving a fully approved and executed ATP and Purchase order (See 5.2.3), from Owner and based on the approved Schematic Design Documents and any adjustments authorized by Owner in the Project Scope, Project Schedule or Project Budget, the Consultant shall prepare, submit and present for review and approval by the Owner, Design Development Phase documents, comprised of the SREF requirements for Design Development documents and the following: .1 "Project Transmittal Form" as required by the Facilities and Construction Management Division's Design Section. .2 OEF form 208 (a) "OEF Space Chart Form" formatted to follow the sequence of spaces listed in the SREF Size of Space and Occupant Design Criteria Table.
