Phone recordings. The Parties agree that real-time telephone communications will be recorded at their respective dispatching centers. The Parties accept the need for this communication to be recorded and the principle underpinning it. As regards probative value, the Parties acknowledge that the recordings of these communications shall be admissible as proof in the event of a dispute settlement relating to this Contract. Both Parties shall notify their respective staff about the existence and/or possibility of recordings as well as about the existence and/or possibility of recordings by the other Party.

Phone recordings. The Parties agree that any call between the Parties and its owners, managers, employees, and agents may be recorded and/or monitored. The Seller acknowledges and agrees that the Seller may be contacted by the Purchaser or any of their authorized representatives at any time regarding the performance of the Seller’s obligations pursuant to this Agreement. The Seller further acknowledges and agrees they will not claim that such communications are unsolicited or inconvenient.

  • Tape-recording The Fund on behalf of itself and its Customers authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Fund, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Fund in writing. The Fund further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by applicable law.

  • Inspection of Property; Books and Records; Discussions Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities; and permit representatives of any Lender (upon reasonable advance notice coordinated through the Administrative Agent) to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants.
