Photography Service. The Parties agree that Bellagala, through a photographer, shall furnish the agreed upon hours of photography service on the Event Day (exclusive of travel time). Bellagala is not responsible to provide any Additional Services unless contracted, or the agreed upon additional Fee has been received. In the event the specified photographer is not available on Event Day (e.g. sick, auto accident, extreme unforeseen circumstances,etc.) another professional photographer will be assigned. Photography Service. The Parties agree that Bellagala, through a photographer, shall furnish the agreed upon hours of photography service on the Event Day (exclusive of travel time). Photography packages images will be available to the client 4-6 weeks following the event date. 2. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for submitting all requested information such as that in the Final Consultation Information and Client Profile by the designated due date. Failure to do so may result in delayed delivery of information and materials to the photographer. 3. Payment: Clients agree to pay the amount listed (the “Fee”) to Bellagala for the Services. Clients deposits can be made with the use personal checks or credit card; including bank check cards and debit cards. Clients may pay remaining balances for services booked by credit card. Should Clients choose to pay remaining balances with the use of a personal check, Bellagala will require Clients to place personal credit card information on file in the instance payment is not received for balances by the agreed upon date for balances due. Bellagala acknowledges receipt of the agreed upon deposit which will be applied towards the Fee. Clients agree to pay the remaining balance of the Fee plus any applicable sales taxes to Bellagala, at least 3 weeks before the Wedding Day. If payment is not received before the event start time on the Event Day, the Clients will receive no service from Bellagala until payment is made in full. However, if Bellagala elects to provide any Photography Services despite the failure of Clients to pay the Fee within the agreed upon time, Bellagala reserves the consented right to charge the remaining balance 15 days after the completion of services rendered. Should personal credit information not be available or attempts to authorize electronic payment are returned “declined,” the Clients must pay a 5% penalty which accrues bimonthly on the total Fee. Returned checks after the Wedding Day are subject to a $30 charge. Bellagala reserves the right to pursue any accounts in delinquent status by the use of collections after 90 days of nonpayment after the completion of services rendered ...

Related to Photography Service

  • Photography State may grant permits to persons or corporations engaged in the production of still and motion pictures and related activities for the use of the Premises for such purposes when such permission shall not interfere with the primary business of Concessionaire. Such permits shall not be deemed to be a competitive activity with regard to Concessionaire’s rights to possession and operation under this Contract.

  • PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS Resident consents to Owner’s use of photographs and/or video images of the Resident and the Premises, including those taken at functions or events sponsored by the Community, for the purpose of advertising the Community or other similar communities owned or operated by Owner. Owner may use these images in advertising, websites, and social networking sites such as Facebook for marketing and promotional purposes. Resident consents to the publication of these images and waives any claims against Owner for use of such images.

  • Cryptography Supplier will maintain policies and standards on the use of cryptographic controls that are implemented to protect Accenture Data.

  • Images If applicable, the CONSULTANT is prohibited from capturing on any visual medium images of any property, logo, student, or employee of the DISTRICT, or any image that represents the DISTRICT without express written consent from the DISTRICT.

  • Photographs You give your permission to us to use any photograph or photographic image including video or video stills taken of you while you are in any public spaces, grounds, offices at the Property or any sponsored events at the Property. You grant us and the Manager and our designees, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to copyright, in its own name or otherwise, and to use, re-use, publish and re-publish photographic or video portraits or pictures of you or in which you may be included, without restriction as to changes or alterations. This usage may be in conjunction with your own name or a fictitious name. Usage may include illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, or any other legal purpose. You also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction with that usage. You waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product, the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in that regard. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. You agree that we, the Manager and our designees will have no liability due to any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form that may occur in taking or usage of any picture or in the subsequent processing or publication of the picture. You release us, the Manager, and our designees from all claims of any nature arising in any way from the use of your photograph or photographic image. This release contains the entire agreement on this subject matter.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Photos Seller will not supply or instruct Broker to load any photos that were previously uploaded to the MLS by another company, even if Seller owns the copyright to such photos, unless Xxxxxx has the written permission from the broker who previously published the photos in MLS. Seller agrees Broker is not responsible to check past listings for photo compliance. Any claims in this regard will be handled as a dispute according to the terms of Paragraph 19 of this Contract.

  • Photographic Release Resident gives permission to Owner and Management, to use, without liability or remuneration, any photograph or photographic image taken of the Resident while participating in Building sponsored events, or while the Resident is in the common areas, public spaces, grounds, or offices of the Building. The use of the Resident’s photograph or photographic image shall in no way be used in any other forum other than for legitimate business purposes.
