Event Day. River Spirit Golf Club will not be held responsible in any way, for any damage to or loss of any articles left by the customer or his/her guests on the premises prior to, during, or following the event. • River Spirit Golf Club will not be liable for any damages or injuries to persons or property resulting from golf balls, golf carts, fire, storms, theft etc. Any damage to grounds, buildings, golf carts or equipment, etc. caused by the organizer or their guests will be charged to the organizer. • Alcoholic beverages can be purchased form the Snack Shack, Beverage Carts or from the main Bar in the Banded Peak Grill. Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission regulations are to be strictly enforced. All unauthorized alcohol will be confiscated by River Spirit Staff. • The Banded Peak Grill is very proud to be a Smoke Free Facility. Event Day. All decorations must be delivered and set up within the contracted Event time and must be removed on the same day within the designated Event Clean-Up Time prior to the Event End Time.

Event Day. Event guests will have continuous access to the property on the day of the event from the time that the clients have set as the official event start time between the hours of 8:00am (on the event day) to 1:00am (on the day after the event). • All vendors such as florists, caterers and DJ will have access to the event space from 8:00am (on the event day) to 1:00am (on the day after the event). • All guests, vendors and Clients must leave the property by 1:00am (on the day after the event), irrespective of the starting time of the event. Late charges of $100 will be applied to the Client’s final bill for every 15 minutes after 1:00am that guests or Clients remain on the property.

  • Payment Day If the date for payment of any amount in respect of any Note or Coupon is not a Payment Day, the holder thereof shall not be entitled to payment until the next following Payment Day in the relevant place and shall not be entitled to further interest or other payment in respect of such delay. For these purposes, Payment Day means any day which (subject to Condition 7) is:

  • Boxing Day (b) If another Federal, Provincial or Municipal holiday should be proclaimed during the term of this Agreement, such additional proclaimed holiday will replace one of the above-named holidays as agreed by the parties.   • Payment Date An amount calculated as being due in respect of any Early Termination Date under Section 6(e) will be payable on the day that notice of the amount payable is effective (in the case of an Early Termination Date which is designated or occurs as a result of an Event of Default) and on the day which is two Local Business Days after the day on which notice of the amount payable is effective (in the case of an Early Termination Date which is designated as a result of a Termination Event). Such amount will be paid together with (to the extent permitted under applicable law) interest thereon (before as well as after judgment) in the Termination Currency, from (and including) the relevant Early Termination Date to (but excluding) the date such amount is paid, at the Applicable Rate. Such interest will be calculated on the basis of daily compounding and the actual number of days elapsed.

  • Business Day For purposes of these By-Laws, “Business Day” shall mean any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a day on which banking institutions in the State of New York are authorized or obligated by law or executive order to close.
