Common use of Physical contact Clause in Contracts

Physical contact. The Parents’ consent to such physical contact with the Pupil as may accord with good practice or as may be appropriate and proper for teaching and instruction or for providing comfort to the Pupil in distress or to maintain safety and good order, or in connection with the Pupil's health and welfare. The Parents also consent to the Pupil participating in contact and non‐contact sports and other activities as part of the normal School programme or extra‐curricular programme. The Parents acknowledge that while the School will provide appropriate supervision the risk of injury cannot be eliminated.
