Common use of Physical Exam Clause in Contracts

Physical Exam. The Employer agrees to pay for any physical examinations and necessary tests, as determined by a medical provider, when the health of an employee is affected by an on-the-job injury or exposure to potentially harmful physical agents, toxic materials, infectious agents or by physical assault while on campus (the physical assault must not be, in any way the fault of the employee). The employee shall be given a copy of any test results and/or reports issued by the medical provider, except that written reports shall be provided free of charge.
