PHYSICIANS, HOSPITALS AND OTHER PROVIDERS. 7.1 Provider and Service Arrangement. AvMed is committed to arranging for comprehensive prepaid Health Care Services rendered to Members by In-Network Providers, as described in this Contract, under reasonable standards of quality health care. The professional judgment of a Physician licensed under Chapter 458 (Physician), 459 (osteopath), 460 (chiropractor) or 461 (podiatrist), Florida Statutes, concerning the proper course of treatment for a Member, will not be subject to modification by AvMed or its Board of Directors, Officers, or Administrators. However, this Section is not intended to, and will not, restrict any Utilization Management Program established by AvMed.

  • Consultant’s Contract Manager and Other Staffing Identified below are the following: (a) the Consultant’s contract manager for this Approved Service Order, and (b) the Consultant(s) and/or employee(s) of the Consultant who will be principally responsible for providing the services and deliverables. If an individual identified below does not have a current Form 700 on file with the City Clerk for a separate agreement with the City, and is required to file a Form 700, the Consultant must comply with the requirements of Subsection 17.2 of the Master Agreement, entitled “Filing Form 700.”

  • System Protection and Other Control Requirements Developer shall provide, install and test relay protection systems at the Merchant Transmission Facility to interface with those systems installed by Connecting Transmission Owner at the West 49th Street Substation.

  • FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER MATERIALS Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall, at its sole cost and expense, furnish all facilities, equipment, and other materials which may be required for performing services pursuant to this Agreement. At COUNTY’s discretion, COUNTY may make equipment or facilities available to CONTRACTOR for CONTRACTOR’s use in furtherance of this Agreement only where a COUNTY Facility or Equipment exhibit is attached to this Agreement identifying the equipment or facilities to be used by CONTRACTOR’s personnel. If COUNTY funds equipment as part of this contract, COUNTY will retain Equipment.
