Standards of Quality definition

Standards of Quality means the Standards of Quality prescribed in Chapter 13.2 (§ 22.1-253.13:1 et seq.) of Title 22.1 of the Code of Virginia.
Standards of Quality means and be limited to the specifications for PRODUCTS, PRE-COMMERCIAL UNITS, and SERVICES set forth in the Distributor Agreement.
Standards of Quality means: 1. at least the same high standards of quality, appearance, service and other standards pertaining to the Licensed Marks that are observed immediately prior to the Closing Date by Licensor in its businesses; and 2. additional standards similar to the types of standards listed in 1 of this definition, if any, which Licensor may otherwise reasonably specify to Licensee or approve in writing from time to time so long as such standards are also applied across other similar GE businesses where such additional standards are applicable to the operation of such businesses.

More Definitions of Standards of Quality

Standards of Quality means substantially the same standards of quality, service and other standards that have been observed as of the Effective Date by Licensee and/or Related Companies and/or Marketing Partners in the development, marketing, advertising, performance and sale of any Services offered under the Xxxx in the Territory.
Standards of Quality means at least the same high standards of quality, appearance, service and other standards that are observed immediately prior to the Effective Date by GECC and its Affiliates in the Commercialization, advertising, marketing and promotion of Products sold and Services rendered immediately prior to or as of the Effective Date, provided that the foregoing standards shall be no less than the standards that Licensee observes in its Commercialization, advertising, marketing and promotion from time to time of any products and services similar to the Products and Services.
Standards of Quality means the general standards of design, material and workmanship heretofore observed by IR in its manufacture and sale of products identical or similar to the Licensed Products.
Standards of Quality means the GE Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines for Licensees (“Data Privacy Guidelines”) and the other guidelines set forth in Article 3, which shall not be less than (i) the high standards of quality, appearance, service and other standards that are observed immediately prior to the Distribution Date by SpinCo Group or Parent Group in the commercialization, advertising, marketing and promotion of Licensed Products rendered immediately prior to or as of the Distribution Date and (ii) the standards that Licensee, Permitted Sublicensees and their respective Vendors observe in their commercialization, advertising, marketing and promotion from time to time of any products and services similar to the Licensed Products.
Standards of Quality means: (i) at least the same standards of quality, appearance, service and other standards that are observed immediately prior to the Effective Date by TMP in the manufacture, marketing and sale of the Products, provided that the foregoing standards shall be at least substantially the same as the standards that Licensee observes in its manufacture, marketing and sale of any products similar to the Products; and (ii) additional standards, if any, which Licensor may otherwise reasonably specify or approve in writing from time to time, which additional standards shall supersede the standards referred to in Section 1.7(i) to the extent of any conflict therewith.
Standards of Quality means the GE Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines for Licensees (“Data Privacy Guidelines”), the Prudent Industry Practices and the other guidelines set forth in Article 3, which shall not be less than (i) the high standards of quality, appearance, service and other standards that are observed immediately prior to the Distribution Date by SpinCo Group or Parent Group in the commercialization, advertising, marketing and promotion of Licensed Products rendered immediately prior to or as of the Distribution Date and (ii) the standards that Licensee, Permitted Sublicensees and their respective Vendors observe in their commercialization, advertising, marketing and promotion from time to time of any products and services similar to the Licensed Products.
Standards of Quality means in relation to produce a common standard imposed by Community grading rules relating to quality, size and packaging;
