Pipe Fittings. Carbon steel, ASTM A-234 Gr WPB butt welded. Miter joints are not allowed. 5D radius (minimum) bends are permitted. Small bore fittings shall be socket weld, 3000 pound, ASTM A-105.
Pipe Fittings. A. Steel Fittings: ANSI/ASME B16.9, wrought steel, 2-1/2 inches and larger Butt Welded; 2 inches and smaller threaded malleable iron 150 PSI - 300 PSI class ANSI/ASME B 16.3. B. Grooved or Shouldered end Fittings: Ductile iron ASTM A-395 & ASTM A-536 pipe shall be directly compatible with fittings; grooved fittings and gaskets.
Pipe Fittings. Malleable cast iron or MS tube fittings shall comply with all the appropriate requirements as specified. The fittings shall be designated by the respective nominal bore of the pipes for which they are intended. The fittings shall have screw threads at the ends conforming to the requirements of IS:544. Female threads on fitting shall be parallel & male threads (except on running nipples & collars of unions) shall be tapered.
Pipe Fittings. PE fittings (tees, elbows, reducers etc.) shall be manufactured from the same resin as the supplied pipe and have dimensions suitable for jointing to the pipe by butt fusion. Flanged fittings using cast aluminum or epoxy-coated ductile iron slip-on metal backup rings and polyethylene stub ends butt fused to the pipe end are acceptable. Stub end gaskets shall be manufactured from cloth-inserted rubber to the dimensions and as recommended by the manufacturer.
Pipe Fittings. The fittings shall be of malleable cast iron or mild steel tubes complying with all the appropriate requirements given in para 1:1 or as specified. The fittings shall be designated by the respective nominal bores of the pipes for which they are intended.

  • Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by a tenant or its agents, employees or invitees, shall be paid by such tenant.

  • Furniture During the Term, at no charge to Subtenant, Subtenant shall be permitted to use the remaining existing modular and office furniture located in the Subleased Premises and described in more particular detail in Exhibit C attached hereto (the “Office Furniture”) as well as all equipment and associated data cabling existing in the Subleased Premises (the Office Furniture together with any equipment and data cabling, being referred to collectively as the “Furniture”). Subtenant shall accept the Furniture in its current condition without any warranty of fitness from Sublandlord (Subtenant expressly acknowledges that no warranty is made by Sublandlord with respect to the condition of any cabling currently located in or serving the Subleased Premises or with respect to the fitness of such cabling for Subtenant’s intend use thereof). For purposes of documenting the current condition of the Office Furniture, Subtenant and Sublandlord shall, within ten (10) days after Sublandlord’s receipt of the Furniture Notice, conduct a joint walk-through of the Subleased Premises in order to inventory items of damage or disrepair. Subtenant shall use the Furniture only for the purposes for which such Furniture is intended and shall be responsible for the proper maintenance, insurance, care and repair of the Furniture, at Subtenant’s sole cost and expense. Subtenant shall not modify, reconfigure or relocate any of the Furniture except with the advance written notice to Sublandlord, and any work of modifying any Furniture (including, without limitation, changing the configuration of, “breaking down” or reassembly of cubicles or other modular furniture) shall be performed at Subtenant’s sole cost. No item of Furniture shall be removed from the Subleased Premises without Sublandlord’s prior written consent.

  • Accessories The following described related accessories, if any: window air conditioning units, stove, fireplace screens, curtains and rods, blinds, window shades, draperies and rods, door keys, mailbox keys, above ground pool, swimming pool equipment and maintenance accessories, artificial fireplace logs, and controls for: (i) garage doors, (ii) entry gates, and (iii) other improvements and accessories.

  • GLASS The Tenant shall maintain the glass part of the demised premises, promptly replacing any breakage and fully saving the Landlord harmless from any loss, cost or damage resulting from such breakage or the replacement thereof.

  • Electrical Provide drawings for the following systems: .1 Lighting including circuiting and luminaire identification and switching. Also provide illuminance computer printout for all indoor typical indoor spaces and parking lots. .2 Convenience outlets and circuiting, special outlets and circuiting, television outlets, and power systems and equipment. Provide riser diagrams for all electrical systems including master clock, intercom, fire alarm, ITV, computer networking/telephone. Also, provide for emergency and normal power distribution. Provide luminaire schedule. .3 Panel schedule may be in preliminary form but circuitry must be included. .4 Applicable installation details. .5 General legend and list of abbreviations. .6 Voltage drop computation for all main feeders. .7 Short circuit analysis .8 Provide 1/2" scale floor plan and wall elevations for all electrical rooms.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Generators Temporary installation of generators, and permanent installation of generators that are placed inside existing buildings or that occupy an area under 50 square feet behind the building they serve.
