ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANNEL CLADDING. Aluminium composite panel shall be supplied from approved supplier. The A.C.P. shall be as per relative I.S. code. A.C.P. shall be of Flexibond or other approved make. Before A.C.P. fixing, necessary framing and scaffolding work as per requirement shall be done. The rate is inclusive of framing work A.C.P. fixing over framing shall be done as per drawing and as per directions of engineer -in-charge. The joints of A.C.P. shall be filled up with sealant like silicon or approved by consultant. J WATERPROOFING  Respective trade preambles wherever applicable shall apply to this section also. All waterproofing work shall be got executed from approved firms as per their specifications under the overall supervision of the main contractor. Rates quoted by the main contractor shall include for the waterproofing treatments by approved waterproofing agency with all overheads and profits.  Main building contractor shall obtain a guarantee for a period of 10 years for all the water proofing treatments from approved waterproofing contractor and shall be jointly responsible for any defects noticed in the work during the above period. Rate quoted shall include for the same.  All waterproofing work shall be guaranteed for ten years in approved proforma acceptable to the employer, on a stamp payer of required denomination. This guarantee will be given by approved waterproofing contractor directly to the employer counter signed by the main contractor and funished to employer as soon as the work is virtually completed and before the final bill is settled.  Although the waterproofing work is guaranteed by the approved waterproofing contractor for ten years, the main building contractor shall be responsible if at any time during the defects liability period, the surfaces treated for waterproofing show leaks, wet patches, dampness or the waterproofing gives way to the above influence either due to the inadequacy of the work carried out or used or for any other reason whatever relating to materials, workmanship etc. And shall be liable, without any extra cost and inconvenience to the employer or the occupants, to carry out the necessary remedial measures as and required during defects liability period.

  • OPEN SOURCE COMPONENTS The DS Offerings may include open source components. Whenever notices (such as acknowledgment, copies of licenses or attribution notice) are required by the original licensor, such notices are included in the Documentation of the DS Offerings. Moreover, some open source components may not be distributed and licensed under the terms of the Agreement but under the terms of their original licenses as set forth in the Documentation of the DS Offerings themselves. Source code for open source software components is available upon request. Except for components mentioned in the section EXCLUSIONS below, the warranty and indemnification provided by DS under the Agreement apply to all open source software components and shall be provided by DS and not by the original licensor, but only for the use of the DS Offerings that is in compliance with the terms of the Agreement, and in conjunction with the DS Offerings. The original licensors of said open source software components provide them on an “as is” basis and without any liability whatsoever to Customer.

  • Loss Leader; Recycled Products Contractor shall not sell or use any article or product as a “loss leader” as defined in Section 17030 of the Business and Professions Code. If Contractor will sell to the Judicial Council, or use in the performance of this Agreement, goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), then with respect to those goods: (i) Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible, and (ii) upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209.

  • Recycled Products The Provider shall procure any recycled products or materials, which are the subject of or are required to carry out this Contract, in accordance with the provisions of sections 403.7065, F.S.

  • SINGLE-USE PRODUCTS The Board of County Commissioners has established a single-use products and plastic bags policy intended to reduce the use of products which have become globally recognized as having lasting negative impacts on the environment. Neither single-use products nor plastic bags may be sold or disbursed on County property by staff or contracted vendors, except as set forth in Orange County Administrative Regulation 9.01.03. Failure to comply with the Regulation may result in termination of the contract or other contractual remedies, and may affect future contracting with the County. The use of reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials is encouraged.

  • Unbundled Sub-Loop Concentration System (USLC 2.9.1 Where facilities permit and where necessary to comply with an effective Commission order, BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with the ability to concentrate its sub-loops onto multiple DS1s back to the BellSouth Central Office. The DS1s will then be terminated into <<customer_name>>’s collocation space. TR-008 and TR303 interface standards are available.

  • Temperature Measurement Temperature will be measured by the nearest automatic Melbourne Bureau of Meteorology Monitoring Station for example (but not limited to): Melbourne, Moorabbin, Dunns Hill, Melbourne Airport, Frankston, and Point Xxxxxx. At the commencement of each project, the onsite management and employee representatives shall agree which is to be the applicable automatic weather monitoring station.

  • Usage Measurement Usage measurement for calls shall begin when answer supervision or equivalent Signaling System 7 (SS7) message is received from the terminating office and shall end at the time of call disconnect by the calling or called subscriber, whichever occurs first.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • RE-WEIGHING PRODUCT Deliveries are subject to re- weighing at the point of destination by the Authorized User. If shrinkage occurs which exceeds that normally allowable in the trade, the Authorized User shall have the option to require delivery of the difference in quantity or to reduce the payment accordingly. Such option shall be exercised in writing by the Authorized User.
