Placards. Affix and maintain or use its best efforts to cause each Lessee under a Lease to affix to and maintain on all item(s) of Eligible Assets a placard bearing an inscription substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I or such other inscription as Agent from time to time may reasonably request. The Borrower shall, on a quarterly basis, provide to Agent a list of all Eligible Assets subject to a Lease indicating, to the best knowledge of the Borrower, which items of Equipment have placards affixed and on which no such placard is affixed.

The Borrower shall, on a quarterly basis, provide to Administrative Agent and Security Agent a list of all Eligible Engines or items of Eligible Equipment (other than Eligible Parts) subject to a Lease indicating, to the best knowledge of the Borrower, which Engines have placards affixed and on which no such placard is affixed.
Placards. The Borrower shall use its best efforts to cause each lessee under a Lease relating to each Eligible Engine or item of Eligible Equipment (other than Parts Packages and turboprop engines), to affix to and maintain on the Eligible Engine or item of Eligible Equipment (other than Parts Packages and turboprop engines) subject to such Lease a placard satisfactory to the Security Agent bearing an inscription substantially in the form of “THIS ENGINE IS OWNED BY XXXXXX LEASE FINANCE CORPORATION, OR AN AFFILIATE, AND IS SUBJECT TO A FIRST PRIORITY SECURITY INTEREST IN FAVOR OF ONE OR MORE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS” or such other inscription as the Security Agent from time to time may reasonably request. The Borrower shall, on a quarterly basis, provide to the Security Agent a list of those Eligible Engines or items of Equipment (other than Parts Packages and turboprop engines) subject to a Lease on which no such placard is affixed.
Placards. Subject only to restrictions contained in the Lease, require each lessee under such Lease relating to each Eligible Engine to affix to and maintain on such Eligible Engine subject to such Lease a placard satisfactory to the Lender bearing an inscription substantially in the form of "THIS ENGINE IS OWNED BY XXXXXX LEASE FINANCE CORPORATION OR AN AFFILIATE, AND IS SUBJECT TO A FIRST PRIORITY SECURITY INTEREST IN FAVOR OF ONE OR MORE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS", or such other inscription as the Lender from time to time may reasonably request.
Placards. 7.1 Generally the majority of the operating limitations (max speeds, weights, etc) remain unchanged when an aircraft is transferred from a CofA to a Permit to Fly, therefore most of the cockpit placards are not affected. However, all Permit to Fly aircraft must display a placard in full view of the occupants indicating that they do not meet (or in the case of ex CofA aircraft, no longer meet) international standards for certified aircraft. The wording is prescribed by the CAA as follows:

Placards. At the time of delivery of the Aircraft by Boeing to Seller, Seller shall install placards on the control yokes and engine nacelles of the Aircraft. Such placards shall remain in place until the Aircraft is redelivered by Seller to Boeing, be prominent, and state as follows: The Boeing model XXXXXX Aircraft bearing manufacturer's serial number XXXXXX is the property of The Boeing Company. While this Aircraft is temporarily in the possession of Pride Aviation, Inc., it is the sole property of The Boeing Company which retains all right, title, and interest in it.
Placards. PHONE 1 shall provide VERIZON with a sufficient number of placards advertising PHONE 1's Service to be placed on the selected Public Telephones.
