Place and Hours of Work. 3.1 While your principal place of work will be at the Company's office in London, you will work at and/or travel to such places (inside or outside the United Kingdom) as your duties or the Board may require from time to time.

For the fulfilment of the duties under this Agreement, the Employee is obliged to travel within as well as outside Sweden.

Place and Hours of Work. 6.1 The Executive’s principal place of work shall be at Amsterdam at The Base, Building B (3rd Floor), Exxxx van dx Xxxxxxxxxx 0-000, Xxxxxxxxxxx, or at such other place of business of the Company or any member of the Group as the Company or Parent Board shall reasonably require in accordance with article 2103 of the Italian Civil Code and the CBA. It is agreed between the parties that any change of the place of work will be made in consultation with, and with consent of, the Executive.
Place and Hours of Work. 6.1 The Executive’s principal place of work shall be at Smurfit WestRock plc, Beech Hill, Clonskeagh, Dublin 4, D00 X0X0 Ireland or at such other place of business of the Company or any member of the Group as the Company or Parent Board shall reasonably require.
