PLACE OF BUSINESS, ETC. Change its chief executive office and principal place of business or its state of incorporation without (i) giving the Agent at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice thereof and (ii) filing one or more Uniform Commercial Code financing statements, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, in the jurisdiction where the Borrower is incorporated. The Borrower will not change its name or do business under any other name.
