Place of Meetings and Meetings by Telephone. All meetings of the Trustees may be held at any place that has been selected from time to time by the Trustees. In the absence of such an election, regular meetings shall be held at the principal executive office of the Trust. Subject to any applicable requirements of the 1940 Act, any meeting, regular or special, may be held by conference telephone or similar communication equipment, so long as all Trustees participating in the meeting can hear one another and all such Trustees shall be deemed to be present in person at the meeting.
