Place-Shifting. If at any time during the Term Licensor or any SPE Entity allows any Other Provider to generally implement place-shifting technology in connection with such Other Provider’s distribution or exhibition of Included Programs, then Licensor shall notify Licensee in writing thereof and of any terms and conditions that are directly related to the allowance of such implementation by such Other Provider. Licensee shall the right (but not the obligation), exercisable within 30 days after the receipt of the foregoing notice, to match such directly related terms and conditions (if Licensee is not reasonably capable of complying with such terms and conditions (taking into consideration Licensee’s technology and national footprint), then Licensor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide substantially comparable terms and conditions with which Licensee is capable of complying with respect to all platforms of the Licensed Service; it being agreed and acknowledged by Licensee that Licensor may not be able to accommodate all platforms despite commercially reasonable efforts). Licensor will impose any such terms and conditions on a non-discriminatory basis. If Licensee elects to match, this Agreement shall be automatically amended to incorporate such directly related terms and conditions, including, without limitation, the allowance of the general implementation of the same or substantially similar place-shifting technology in connection with Licensee’s exhibition of the Included Programs.

  • Day Shift The standard work day will consist of eight (8) hours worked between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with a designated thirty (30) minute lunch period. Starting and stopping times to be determined by mutual agreement between the Company and the shop employees.

  • Afternoon Shift If a second shift is employed, the hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours of work between the hours of 4:30 P.M. and 12:30 A.M. for which eight (8) hours will be paid and a shift premium of sixty-one cents (61¢) shall be added on to the classified hourly rate.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Extra Shifts Where an employee agrees to work or is required by the Employer to work a shift(s) or portion thereof, in excess of the employee’s scheduled work week, the employee will receive pay at the rate of one and one‐half (1½) times the employee’s regular hourly rate for such excess hours worked, with a minimum of three (3) hours at the rate of one and one‐half (1½) times the employee’s regular rate of pay.

  • Weekdays All work performed outside of the designated shift Monday through Friday shall be paid at time and one-half (1-1/2) the straight-time hourly wage rate.

  • Operating Hours Subject to Building Rules and Regulations and such security standards as Landlord may from time to time adopt, the Building shall be open to the public during the Building Operating Hours and the Premises shall be open to Tenant during hours other than Building Operating Hours.

  • TRANSPORTATION, TRAVEL TIME AND ROOM AND BOARD 14.01 The Employer shall remunerate employees for travel time and mileage as follows:

  • Travel Time Leave provided in paragraphs A and B of this Article shall apply to and cover actual and necessary travel to and from such meetings required during normal working hours on the day of the meeting or negotiations, except that MSEA-SEIU bargaining team members traveling 100 miles or more to negotiations shall be entitled to travel time outside of days of negotiations.

  • Crib Time 17.6.1 An employee working overtime shall be allowed a crib time of 20 minutes without deduction of pay after each four hours of overtime worked provided the employee continues working after such crib time.
