Scope and Order Placement These terms may be used by Customer either for a single Order or as a framework for multiple Orders. Performance and Compliance with Collateral The Borrower will, at the Borrower’s expense, timely and fully perform and comply (or, by exercising its rights thereunder, cause the Seller to perform and comply pursuant to the Sale Agreement) with all provisions, covenants and other promises required to be observed by it under the Collateral, the Transaction Documents and all other agreements related to such Collateral.
Performance and Compliance with Contracts and Credit and Collection Policy The Seller shall (and shall cause the Servicer to), at its expense, timely and fully perform and comply with all material provisions, covenants and other promises required to be observed by it under the Contracts related to the Receivables, and timely and fully comply in all material respects with the applicable Credit and Collection Policies with regard to each Receivable and the related Contract.
Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA.
(b) If the HSP is not subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will have a procurement policy in place that requires the acquisition of supplies, equipment or services valued at over $25,000 through a competitive process that ensures the best value for funds expended. If the HSP acquires supplies, equipment or services with the Funding it will do so through a process that is consistent with this policy.
Medication 1. Xxxxxxx’s physician shall prescribe and monitor adequate dosage levels for each Client.
2. Xxxxxxx’s physician shall not impose and/or limit dosage capitations for any prescribed medication for the treatment of opioid use disorder.
Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.
