Plan Coverage. Life insurance is provided through a $20,000 term policy on the employee only, together with a $10,000 term policy on an employee's spouse and $5,000 term policy on the employee's dependents. Employees have the option to purchase family coverage at the negotiated benefit rate which provides a $10,000 term policy on an employee’s spouse and/or $5,000 term policy on the employee’s eligible dependents.
